Cancellation of listing

Further to the Company's announcement of 19 July 2019, the board of Bonmarché announces that, admission of the Company's shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, will be cancelled with effect from 8:00am (London time) on 12 August 2019.
