Change of accounting reference date

Baronsmead VCT 4 plc (the "Company") announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 December to 29 February.

If the proposed merger of the Company and Baronsmead VCT 3 plc, announced on 11 November 2015, does not proceed, the Company will prepare its next Annual Report for the 14 months ended 29 February 2016.

As the Company will no longer be publishing an annual report to 31 December 2015, an unaudited update for the 12 months to 31 December 2015 will be sent to shareholders in due course.
