                        Appointment of Financial Advisor 
 
 
Berkeley Resources (ASX/AIM:BKY), which is focused on the exploration and 
development of the Salamanca Uranium Project in Spain, today announces the 
appointment of BMO Capital Markets Ltd (BMO) as Financial Advisor with immediate 
effect. 
 
Speaking today in relation to the appointment, Berkeley Resources Managing 
Director, Ian Stalker said, 
 
"We are delighted to welcome BMO as financial advisor to the Company and are 
confident that its investment banking expertise will provide a strong platform 
from which the exploration and development of our Salamanca Uranium Project can 
be supported. BMO will provide advice and assistance to support strategic and/or
