SECURED STERLING BOND MATURITY AND RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2019

Alpha Plus Holdings plc advises that GBP48.5m has been deposited with the bond trustee to fund the redemption of its 5.75% secured sterling bonds which mature on 18 December 2019.

The Company further advises that the Group's results for the year ended 31 August 2019 will be released on or before Tuesday 17 December 2019.
