BOARD CHANGES

Glas Cymru announces that Jim O'Sullivan, Operations Director, has today
resigned from the Board and will be leaving the business at the end of
September. This follows the outcome of a strategic review regarding the future
organisational shape of the business. Jim leaves with the best wishes of the
Board. He will be succeeded as Operations Director by Peter Perry, currently
Chief Operating Officer of United Utilities Operational Services. Peter joins
the Board of both Glas Cymru and Dwr Cymru Welsh Water with immediate effect.
