NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 15 January 2025 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 12 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Leeds Building Society €7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 12 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 12 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 12 Covered Bonds with effect on 13 February 2025 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
