Tap of GBP150,000,000 5.25 per cent. secured bonds due 2043

Optivo has raised GBP150m (with GBP50m retained) of 18 month deferred funding, via a tap of its 5.25% 2043 bonds, bringing the outstanding amount to GBP300m. The tap was priced at Gilts+150bps, a re-offer yield of 2.213%. Optivo will receive GBP151m proceeds from the sale.

Lloyds Bank Plc acted as Placement Agent.

Optivo has retained bonds for its 2035 (GBP100m) and 2043 (GBP50m) maturities and welcome reverse enquiry interest for deferred funding.
