I don't have a problem with waiting, and for as long as it takes. What I don't understand is the lack of communication with investors. I've been here since long before this was AWS. And I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon. Even the slightest little update (a sign of life) would be so much appreciated. Bye the way I have been owner of several start up Companies myself, one of which in it's 5th year grossed upwards of 11-million in revenues, and was granted additional contracts for state-wide UG construction creating additional 17mil in revenues. That was then, they eventually went all inhouse, and disposed of contractors. This was a devastating blow to our Co, and a life changing event for my Family. Anyway I'm optimistically looking forward to the future here with AWS, and it's shareholders.

I've got time to wait. Quite honestly, the longer it takes to get moving, the closer we all are to paying long term capital gains tax instead of short term, which is a win in my book.

I guess anything is possible , but it’s highly unlikely. Fundamentally the companies/tickers are fine. For all intents and purposes this is still basically a start up. Maybe that means longer wait times than some were hoping but that’s also where patience and timings can really pay off. Time will tell but I’m liking my chances on these tickers. Despits any misgivings I may have , I still believe we’ll be just fine

I think I have said this before but Cohen has proven himself on his other tickers. It would be weird for him to have such legitimate dealings everywhere else but to make this one a scam. Why risk on your credibility on a pennystock while in the process of building Nasdaq stocks. I just think this one is a longer play cause it has to get things up and running. I'm not the least bit concerned yet. Just try and be patient on it. I expect it will come online within the next few months once they have some sites up and running.

Zhud has not proved that it is any real company yet..Zhud might be also a well prepared scam to burn investors.

Next possibility is that ZHUD is another Otc scam.I hope not but I was in many otc companies which looked real and great and on the end was proved that all about those companies,videos all had been just well prepared scam..Zhud has not proved to be a real company yet.

Folks who’re selling are clueless. ZHUD is a gold mine opportunity. It could be one of the greatest pick of our time.

When News/PR starts to release, share price will skyrocket like crazy.. mark my words.

Ya thankfully the float isn't huge here and once he is out then that type of selling will hopefully be done. It would make sense with both happening at the same time. Problem is it kills momentum on AZRH during a time they could boom but if he exits fully here before this gets major catalyst it could be for the better since that won't be holding it back. Idk if we will hit the May $0.20 price target but if some major news drops here in the next month or so and that guy is done dumping we could start to get closer for sure.

Yeah could be. He apparently bought on the open market before the merger so he’s probably one of the only ones really up at this time. Maybe a few others who could buy when it was expert market are up too. Wish I would’ve seen this coming…oh well, I’ll just patiently wait for the big news to start rolling here.

Could be the same guy who is legacy on AZRH that has been dumping as well. I don't think they are legally allowed to confirm but people are specualting its the Cade Carter guy since he is no longer a major shareholder on AZRH enough to be on the quarterly report that they released yesterday. Looks like the September 24 Q report here had him at nearly 4.5M shares on this one as well so who knows. That guy could be dumping both in large chunks to get out. Would make sense since both this and AZRH have had consistent big dumps a lot days over the past couple weeks so it would track.

Legacy seller? Sheesh, where’s the bottom here? Going back to pre-merger levels soon?

No we are not. Most of us could see that this was a long term unproven play. If and when they are are up and running. We will get answers. If you can not wait the 6 months, move on. I was CEO at 5 companies, three US, two in England. We were lucky to get permits, let alone construction in 6 months. RELAX

I think we're all starting to ask the same question. What and when?! Let's hope we get some updates. We've been more than patient. In business as well as most things in our lives, communication is key to better relationships.

That did not apply to ZHUD, only AZRH. All he stated about ZHUD was that a meeting was held and there are updates coming but the MFA's were specific to AZRH.

These are interesting questions, and I wish we could get a clearer understanding of the details. The somewhat limited information we have available at this time, does still paint a positive outlook. I'm optimistic of future results here, and how it will benefit the early investors of $ZHUD / AWS.

It may be. But it seemed the way it was presented to begin with that this was new innovation. I know nothing. The people behind this are presented as being long time operators of water cleaning systems. If the true information is not vague, it still seems opaque to me.

Can someone confirm if the ZHUD Merger into AWS has occurred yet?

So I'm a bit confused on my understanding of the timeline of experimentation/testing or actual performance of this Water Filtration System, and how this fits together with what I see as boasting about AWS systems results. They make is sound like it has been tested/used and has proven results. At least this is what it sounds like when reading the investors page on AWS website. Are these Water Filtration Systems in place somewhere at this time, and if so for how long have they been performing these services? Just trying to understand the objectives of Co, and where we are today? Link here....

For what it is worth. If we pick a starting date of 6 months ago. They make there plan and start to execute it. At the end of the first 3 months they have their the money to order their first unit. Three months later, which is now. They get it and set it up. How fast and when and where, we do not know. Now on the way to the Forum, funny things happen. They use a back flush system. How often does it operate, we do not know. Maybe it has to back flush 2 or 3 or 4 more times more then they thought it would. Also may be different in different locations. Until it is up and running for 3 months. I don't know, you don't know and they don't know if their projections are spot on or not. So,three to 6 months from now, we will know what we have.
