Conclusion : early investors of REAC lost their money. The company is real, no fraud, coming in into another tickercode.

According to Fintel about 2m shares were shorted in the past 3 days. Why wait until after WYPH’s price has reached peak to apply a CE? Retail gets screwed but the MMs get paid.

The OTC can put a CE up with no real evidence and no explanation. Any chance the SEC is investigating the relationship between the shorts and the OTCs actions? Ha ha. Just kidding.

True, no proof, but "you" have no proof that they do not have any of the goods that they say they have!! The company could have an unnamed partner on the California property or other deals. Sometimes deals are not finished as things do and have happened to cause things to not be finalized especially with OTC companies.

I'm hoping that they fix this issue with OTC Markets as it could be something as simple as someone filing a complaint or some third party posting a video that does not come from the company even though it might seem so. If so, I'm hoping that the company releases some news that can be validated.

Here's to hoping that this problem can be fixed in the short term. IMO

Definitely the most stupid decision... but people want to gamble.... if this ticker were a reality we would have seen huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge buys coming in... but it was determined over the weekend that it is a scam.
