Given what appears to be positive news released regarding the partnership agreement between Webstar and the Architect firm. I'm scratching my head seeing shares going out the at .065. Is the stock being manipulated by the MM's to access cheap shares?

Some more filings on the otc website, which is a good thing I'm guessing. I'm not ready to jump ship just yet, but I agree, a press release with some substance would be nice :) That Public Offering should be happening in the next 2 months, so I guess we will see.

Personally I'm not sure if the blatant short selling and the manipulation is the reason. I think the selling is more because of stockholders have had enough of the share price going south and the lack of confidence in the TNRG group. Remember many of us have had shares in WBSR for over 12 years and have nothing to show for it. Just for the record, if I had a way to sell some of my shares (even now with the low prices) and not paying a company between 8% - 10% plus more money to officially become a member of their penny stock company) I would do it in a NY minute!

Here's to hoping that there is something released that will burn the shorts. I would love to be in a stock that was able to overcome them :

Well if you signed a doc, I'm sure that means you will get you stock soon! I don't think they can move forward until everyone has their WBSR shares. Looks like the sale/merger is moving along with another Form 144 posted. I know we've all been very patient so far.

Well, so far I don't know anyone who has gotten WBSR shares for their TNRG shares!!! I have been fighting with Webstar for months to get my shares & finally I signed a document from them but, that's it so far!!! I am not happy at this point & I have filed a complaint with the SEC to get help on the matter!!!

I agree. Still there is no way that WBSR will reach the kind of heights being mentioned without a reverse split of huge proportions. Sorry, but I am a realist. especially being the first stockholder of WBSR many moons ago!

Great, a move to the NASDAQ... the question remains, IF (and that's a big IF) that occurs, how many shares to you think we will have left, assuming there will have to be a reverse split in order to get to the small cap NASDAQ?

I would think so, now that this merger is happening/completed, and with the Public Offering approaching

Is there any chance we can start making money this soon? I feel like things are certainly headed in the right direction (which is awesome), but at this point is has been years for some of us.
From the OTC website "... the Company successfully filed a Regulation A Tier II offering with the SEC for a $10MUSD new offering of common shares to raise capital for land acquisition & site development in Commerce, GA. The company fully anticipates the Reg A Tier II launch to commence on or before the end of Q2 2025."
Again, that offering ($10M Regulation-A Tier II Public Offering At $7.00 Per Share) which, as mentioned by a previous poster from the CEO, should happen by March or April, which is in line with what is stated on the OTC website.
Does that come with a move to NASDAQ or something similar?

Have to be careful with that. Only the original WBSR shareholders are entitled to Eco shares not the Thunder Energies Shareholders (who are receiving shares of WBSR)
When the time comes you will certainly know what you have and you will be very happy.

So, did anything happen yesterday?

I just spoke to the CEO at TNRG & WBSR and according to him they where waiting on a medallion that they could not get under TNRG but now have it & it was required by the SEC & they now have it to & can complete the dividend share distribution & it should be completed today or by Monday! Also, the Webstar Technology Group $10M Regulation-A Tier II Public Offering At $7.00 Per Share should be completed around March or April! Fingers crossed! 😊

Yeah, I read the same thing! I am waiting for the transfer agent to get back to me, she told me they should have been notified but, she couldn't find anything about it & is calling the company directly to get more info for me??? I guess we will see what happens!

Thunder Energies stockholders become WBSR on Friday if Im understanding this article correctly. I guess nothing can happen before then?

That price for Wilson-Davis seems high??? I transferred my shares like 10 years ago but, I only paid about $200-$300 bucks for the whole thing; Opinion letter and transfer of nearly 1,000,000 shares of TNRG? Maybe things have really gone up a lot? I really haven't done a lot of trading lately! I can only tell ya what worked for me, sorry if it don't help?!

Wilson-Davis trade fees are reasonable but it's going to cost around $2000 to transfer WBSR shares (Legal Review, Opinion Letter, etc.) Some firms may let you trade if you put enough Assets (non-penny stock) to offset potential risks penny stocks. I presume those of you with TRNG shares faced the same dillema that those of us original WBSR holders have encountered, and now are going to have to suck up the same transfer costs in order to sell the WBSR shares they will be getting under the new management. Not sure top tier firms like Fidelity will allow the transfer in of WBSR until the company applies for and gets approval for a Nasdaq Listing. Who knows when or if that would happen considering the haven't funded their business plan that I know of. So we will have to pay freight with a secondary firm in the interim.

Someone on this thread who never responded to me mentioned Edward Jones as a company that might sell our Webstar shares. At this point Edward Jones is looking at a $1.00 minimum price before they will move forward. Needless to say there are other companies that will sell an OTCBB stock, but it there is a heavy price to pay to even consider doing that.
The question is simply this... When are the stockholders of WBSR going to see some news that will at least propel the stock into the $1.00 + range?
