David Lazar name was updated for company officers and contacts a couple days ago looks like he’s still working on it.

If I remember correctly, Lazar had everything under control and was dealing with the SEC litigation in a timely, professional manner when he was custodian, but the company he sold to just ignored the SEC and that’s why it was revoked. Also, the SEC already had ZENO in their crosshairs due to the previous owners securities fraud… so that didn’t help. UBYH is a very different shell.

Why did revocation happen to ZENO?

He has to backfile 20 years then. Better to deregister and start new with 2 years audited FINs. Or best to go to IQ. He's active here so I'll keep watch to see how it plays out

For whatever reason Lazar usually files directly through the SEC instead of using IQ for his shells. No Form 15 after 20 years of SEC delinquency… probably not the best move. He did something similar with ZENO. Although it actually left EM and went current for a while. Revocation happened after he sold the shell. Hope it works out here.

If he gives up it will face revocation proceedings and be done. As long as he doesn't give up, he'll eventually get it right. Although the process may take well over a year to get it back Current. Best to go to IQ, not what he's doing now. I haven't a clue what this guy is thinking.

Argh. He should’ve submitted it before the other filings. I hope this doesn’t end up stick on EM.

Lazar hasn’t been granted custodianship yet. The hearing is currently scheduled for July 20th, so I wouldn’t expect any updates or filings until after that. Fingers crossed it all goes well.

Went back as far as I could looks like it’s old, never noticed that before.
