Just my 2 cents here, but if there ones here with 100 of millions of shares here stacked on the ask this will never go anywhere.  Very frustrating that we can not sell our shares and move on, but might be stuck being a bag holder for the rest of the year, that sucks.  I only have one 20 million shares here.  apparently this ceo wants to continue having this as his atm, by keeping it current.  Maybe like everyone else I'm screwed here and lost my money.  Only time will tell

What seems to be the case is all about creating stories to tell in order to sell stock or creating income to pocket for insiders. The validity or substance behind those stories is secondary. The goal seems to staying within the legalities of the stories and creating the best illusion of validity and substance to be believable to the markets.

The markets would be more convinced if issuance of shares actually were used for something of true value and that income generated were shown to go back into the company rather than the insider's pockets.

Good luck seeing that change now with over 31 billion shares flushed down the toilet. I won't even go into the things we saw it wasted on over the years.

I would also add that JB has said news is coming for a minimum of 6 months now. Add that to the St**H***** presence here shows continued effort to sell shares without any updates or news to actually ever going to happen.

Per the latest disclosure dated 2/28/25, IO was acquired 1Q24,
The company acquired assets from Innovative Outcomes during the second fiscal quarter of 2024.

Yet, per the filing, it was acquired for free (?) as there is no expenditure anywhere in the filing in 2024 other than 2.7B shares given to Alex Benz for "debt conversion".

And, tangible assets after acquisition, was only a website and a bit of inventory indicating IO was not much of a business. Were the fixed assets really only $24,213?

I dont know how the accountant (Smethers) or the lawyer (Cheung) could possibly put their names on this disclosure.

I have logged a complaint but did not get an answer. But today alone, $200 has been made by insiders with the stock. If that is the worst day of making money, it is worth it to them as an ATM.
Pretty disgusting business model if you ask me.

FACTS are ubqu never made or grossed 1. 8 mil in years that's fabrication , he can and does show anything on gross he wants he just writes off all debt he has and gets a refund. Any good cpa can make this happen. So in my mind he's a crook and always will be a crook. They have no remorse for screwing us out of our money. Imho.
