On February 14, 2023, Regal 286 Lenox LLC announced the commencement of a tender offer for all of the outstanding units of limited liability company interest (the “Units”) of 286 Lenox Partners at a purchase price of $150.00 per Unit. The tender offer will stay open until March 16, 2023 and is being conducted pursuant to an Offer to Purchase and Letter of Transmittal issued today.
