Decent people invest in a stock. Then they post what they think the
Stock PPS Will go to. Then "bad investors" read what the good investors think. The bad investors then do everything in their power
To make sure the PPS of that company doesn't come within 10%
(Or less) Of what the good investors claim the stocks PPS should be.
Example:
How many times have TCNNFs good investors claimed TCNNF
Should be trading for over $50 a share. Other good TCNNF investors
Have claimed TCNNF should be trading for between $150 and $300
A share.
And TCNNF is trading for less than $5.
Two to Three percent of what it should be trading for.
So who do the good TCNNF investors have to blame?

Distractions, distractions, distractions. 1 + 1 = 2 and that's how stupid simple legalization should be after umteen years of calculated pure Marijuana paranoia since the 1930's. The fact that this is still regulated as a Class 1 substance, the same as Heroin, LSD and Meth in itself is an absolute embarrassment to scientific facts and basic intelligence. Let's all just be honest for a moment and accept this is basically all about two things; there's just way too much money to be made by keeping this illegal by those in the black market and all the payoffs to politicians AND the feared loss in revenue from the pharmaceutical companies. As far as tax revenues? Just ask Canada. Since they legalized it ten years ago, you'd think that business would be booming and the Government coffers would be flush with cash, but rather the same characters have been doing their best to kill the industry by actually taxing the cannibals industry out of business, all the while promoting a healthy black market.

So, while we're all hoping at the least to get MJ reclassified and at best legalized, I'm more interested to see if the powers that be will allow the industry to flourish once Federally legalized or if they will follow Canada's lead and tax it to death. The problem isn't with MJ, the problem is with these crazy lunatics in charge who want to control everything with an iron grip, whether it makes any sense or not. So frustrating.

If he is the same guy trump pardoned in his first term, then he will do as trump says and is probably the eyes and ears. I think everything comes down to the people that can influence trump and I don't see the director being a lone gun on issues that trump's inner circle wants done. So basically bring on the new guy, assign him to go after cartels and don't impede the MJ industry that most states have approved.

It's time to get rid of the old mindset like this guy. I read some comments he made about MJ. They always talk about fentanyl being so dangerous then they lump MJ next to it. I want to see the stats on how many people have overdosed and died on MJ. All of these old timers need to just stay retired. Not sure, but looks to me the hemp industry has a target on it. Like I've said before lawmakers look to be refining their definitions. As currently enacted, a crop is considered federally legal hemp if it contains no more than 0.3 percent delta-9 THC by dry weight. That would be revised under the new bill, making it so hemp would have to be tested for “total THC” content, including cannabinoids such as delta-8 THC and THC-A, and not just delta-9.

So that means that it's very likely intoxicating hemp will be outlawed and medical marijuana companies will benefit. Desantis was on the wrong side of this issue when he sided with hemp companies and used supposedly taxpayer money to fight the legalization effort in FL. I'm all in favor of getting the hemp people to follow testing etc. Onward and Upward. Hemp is supposed to be low in THC, that's why they passed the farm bill.

I saw a post that says rivers was invited to attend trumps inauguration. I don't have any other information than that. If true, that will be interesting. It shows she has some contacts fairly high up.

Charts won't do you any good with this stock anyway. But I do like your take on the situation. In my experience it has been buy and hold. If our new leader follows through we could be looking at something happening before the rescheduling gets back on track. I would look for heavy volume a little before the tide changes.

I think I told everyone that since the amendment 3 in Florida's failure there would most likely be a rush to get MJ cards in FL. Well from my calculations there have been 15,892 new MJ cards issued since Nov 8. So that's a tremendous increase during the past two months. With these numbers there shouldn't be a problem getting enough signatures on the new petition. I'm sure there were some that didn't renew, but these numbers are amazing.

While I do not follow charts and have never shorted a stock and don't day trade whatsoever I have learned some lessons over the years and still will. This sector may take some time and is not going to be a NVDA, WMT or anything close. I think there's nothing wrong with cost averaging as long as you are patient as there are many things still going on in the political arena. IMO Kim Rivers is doing a hell of a job and I will stick with TCNNF along with many other blue chips as most I am sure.
