Last fall, I received some SRBT shares in certificated form. I have been unable to find a broker that will handle and transfer the shares into an electronic account. Any suggestions / advice?

The share structure here is amazing. That is a positive, for sure. The negative.....I don't think I have ever seen Alpharidge Capital close on any significant mergers.

Makes sense to me!

We do not know yet, this is a micro share structure clean shell. It probably will sell for $600k to $750k

Looking forward to seeing the OTC update the share structure and who we will become.

Once the OTC is updated this amazing shell will have a tiny market cap of $722k, most shells Achieve a market cap from 3 to 5 mil before they merge. Once merger is announced they usually get around 10 mil MC. Then move higher once the merging company is announced.

2 mil MC= $4.12 PPS
4 mil MC= $8.24
10 mil MC= $20.61

Buy and hold that’s what I am doing!!!

We were sitting around 2 to 6 mil market prior to the share reduction. Once the OTC is updated and reflects the reduction will get into the 4.00 to 6.00 range imo

At $4.00 a share it will have a market cap of $1,940.00

OS 484,853 times $4.00 a share is $1,939,412

What share price is ONLY $2 million market cap? Thanks
