Sure we are...SODE is a sleeper who wakes up from time to time...in 2018 a peak pps of 32 cents, in 2020 went from 0.006 to peak at 0.92...two years ago it went from a penny to a dime...SODE: always filings on time and small revenues, no change in OS, no convertible debt, unrestricted shares a measly 32M, insiders holding 166M, OS maxed out for years and AS not increasing ... entry pps IMO for hopefully another boom

Yes, unrestricted or OS has NOT changed and filings always stay current. I added 800k this week incl. today to a total 0f 1.4M (ave ~ 0.005). This was around 1$ pps spike in 2021, ~10 cent pps spike in 2022 without big OS change. The OTC sentiment in general is shabby right now but eventually I see upticks past the summer, plus around the election, and hopefully get into multiple cent range once again. Have a great weekend

Seems to be an uptick in volume here starting in July. It's taken this down a bit, but volume always precedes price. What's with that 2.9m at .0015 today. Looks like a short cover. It registered with volume but not on the chart. Last trade shown is .0025 not .0015. Hmmmm. I always keep some SODE in the pocket. You never know when this one will explode. Added 40K at .0027 today but I never even expected it to fill. Lol. Got some bids in the teens now just in case.

The installed Charging Equipment by SODE ssub. Danliv Inv. is networked with RFID and smart phone app integration for credit card charges. LTE primary modems communicate with secondary units. Dual mount pedestals at chargers at each location and parking spots are be upgraded for ADA access.
You might be right....at this speed the company can expand fast to companies, schools, transportation facilities, government buildings and all public and private places that are open to the general public. Eventually they might offer residential customers their Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment; maintainance and management of the Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment included. No limits for the business here, and there, or anywhere :)

$SODE DD... Civic Square Project completion of 10 charging stations announced today took about 2.5 months to complete from time of permit. Permit for Autumn Springs project was approved 8/16. ?? End of month could very well get another PR just like latest.

08/16/2022: Social Detention Inc. (SODE) Subsidiary, Danliv Inc., Receives Permit Approval for the Autumn Springs Electrical Vehicle Charging Equipment Project

ALAMO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / August 16, 2022 / Social Detention Inc. is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Danliv Inc., has received Permit Approval for the Autumn Springs Electrical Vehicle Charging Equipment Project. Autumn Springs is an apartment complex located in Livermore, CA. In addition, Danliv Inc. has executed an Electric Vehicle Site Operation Agreement with Autumn Springs RE Investors L.P. who owns the property. The agreement calls for the licensing of the premises for the installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment. It consists of (10) chargers with related equipment and the operating, maintaining and managing the Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment to permit residents of the property and invitees at the property to charge Electric Vehicles onsite. We anticipate installation beginning in Q3 of this year.

The installed Charging Equipment will be networked with RFID and smart phone app integration for credit card charges. LTE primary modems will be utilized to communicate with (7) secondary units. Dual mount pedestals will be utilized for the chargers at each location and parking spots will be upgraded for ADA access. For this project, rebate incentives were applied for and approved to offset the upfront costs.

Legg II, President/CEO of Social Detention Inc, recently stated, "With receiving our approved permit for this project and the execution of operation agreement with Autumn Springs RE Investors L.P., we are extremely excited to be installing revenue generating charger stations.
