In a press release when the Max Atv acquisition was under discussion, Andrew Lapp said Max ATVs have been in his life since childhood. Like to know more about his history with the company/product/people.

If one reads carefully through historical SEC filings, OTC Markets disclosures, and other publicly available info, leaves one with lots of questions about the co., management and related parties actions.

Do you know how PRRY’s CEO plans to fund the ATV production and where/how are they promoting to sell them, or when will they begin & how are they funding sales/marketing?

They’ve already floated a LOT more stock for investment $ that seems to have achieved nothing toward the sales/manufacturing.
