Founder and CEO Jacob DiMartino has revealed that they “have entered talks with a group of currently invested convertible note-holders on financially jump-starting the company to get all accounts current and back up to OTCQB standards.”

The company's focus is to become fully reporting and qualify for the OTC Pink platform, which calls for a $.01 closing price for 30 consecutive days and audited financial records, which the company estimates to complete with diligence by close of the second quarter.
