Adjournment of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Paragon Shipping Inc. (the “Company”) has announced that its 2017 annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”), which was convened earlier today, has been adjourned until June 15, 2017 at 12:00 pm Greek time/5:00 am Eastern Standard Time. No votes were taken at the Annual Meeting, other than to adjourn. On May 31, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing the adjournment of the Annual Meeting.
