Organization and Description of Business

One World Ventures, Inc. has become a vertically integrated cryptocurrency datacenter and cryptocurrency miner hosting service. Through our wholly owned subsidiary, One World Mine Place Corporation, we are participating in a joint venture with Coin World Corporation to purchase a property in the State of Wyoming and build a datacenter there.
