Wonder if there is a timeline to do

Ok.....That's why on that site is a Stock Purchase Agreement......I guess you just fill it out and send it in.....and pay them..........

So you can get shares at a 75% discount......and sell them if the stock goes up ......and the company gets the money directly, instead of just other traders.....

Yes. A way for a company to sell shares to anybody. Limit was $1M but has been raised to $5M......interesting concept.....and pretty new.......started in 2021 I think.

Yup. Had a 187 Factor...and then a 2378 Factor......but only traded $2378.......hasn't traded at all b4.....that's why the high Factors....but certainly got our attention............
