MTPR...sleeping giant...could easily see .02++ given the moves in OTC tickers these days since the float is not huge.

So it does spike, looks like a simi safe entry would be to wait until .0001 & still check the airwaves?

Sorry to do it but I just sold the last of my MTPR shares today.

625,000 shares at $0.0003

I have been trying to sell these for months without success. But today, Tuesday, Feb6, the Bid went to .0003 and the Ask went to .0007 thereby allowing me to trade out.

Looks like someone is accumulating shares, for whatever reason. I would ASSUME it would be to put this shell corporation up for sale. Last time I checked there were more than a billion shares outstanding.

I know they once had some good solid patents recognized world-wide. So maybe the Intellectual Property is the target.

Although over the last couple of years the SP has been in the crapper. I have absolutely no regrets on owning MTPR as I booked over 1000% profit trading this since 2004.

So Good Luck to MetaPower, for whatever happens next.

And Good Luck to current and future Long shareholders.

They haw lawsuits filed against them. Looks like they are still operating per their own web site.

I have no idea. They have gone "dark" which I thought meant that they have no public reporting obligations. It doesn't mean that they have gone out of business. The last financials in 2013 show them grossing $16,0000,000 per year in revenues. Does a company like that simply go out of business? I don't know. It would be great if others here could try to call Steve Ivy. I suspect that if he answers, he might be more forthcoming on the telephone than through written correspondence.

In any event, no more pennies for me. I have learned my lesson.

Emailed Steve Ivy. Read from bottom up. What a mistake to invest in this company. I should have saved the money for my sons college tuition, mortgage payments, grocery bills, heck even lottery tickets would have been better. I hope to live and learn from my stupidity and foolishness.

Update on my email to Steve:

I asked him when we might hear some news or when we can expect to see financials statements through 9/30. I also asked him if Metapower would benefit if the US ever approves the Keystone XL pipeline.

Response from Steve Ivy: "We do not have any information at this time."

I am not sure what I was expecting but nonetheless the response was not very informative or helpful to say the least.

Emailed Steve Ivy a week ago. No response. May try to call him. Anyone else hearing anything?

In addition to Mr. Gibson's change in status, Rande Bruhn, President and CEO of the Company, as part of the Company's recent overall internal review, had previously offered to step down from those positions to serve the Company strictly as a consultant.

Don't expect any news from here. Company is broke.
