Instead, he's now filling a bunch of roles. But how can he be "sole officer" if Smart is still President?

The definition of a dead stock is one trading on the Expert Market where no MM is willing to make a market for the security and the only "trades" that go through are at $.000001 when shareholders have their broker remove shares from their accounts as a "worthless security".

Btw, you need to reconcile at some point the conflicting info between what Delaware SOS indicates is the A/S and what OTC Markets show was the A/S in 2020. They could be providing wrong data. Pacific isn't their transfer agent anymore, btw.

A company can't just lower the A/S to less than what the O/S is without doing a R/S, you know. And they haven't done one in awhile.

It's worth what someone is willing to pay for it. And that's $.0001 a share. Which values the ticker at $377,934. And that's only because the sp can't show lower than $.0001. If it were to do a R/S the sp would be able to decline further than it already has, lowering the "value" further.
