CEO owns all the debt if I recall… it’s just that not much M/A happening lately in OTC. Nothing worth talking about anyway… once sentiments change maybe this does something. No dilution hope it stays that way

Yes, I agree. I had high expectations for this clean shell, but it seems once in a big hole it's very difficult, if not impossible to get out.

Yep. They don’t give updates besides their regular filings but from what I can tell from those it seems like they’re looking to do a merger or acquisition… definitely been far too long since they’ve given shareholders a meaningful update so hopefully it’s worth it!

I agree with you, very attractive, clean shell if you ask me. Small share structure and low float ( 8.9 mils) and has up-to-date OTCQB certification.
Surely the CEO must have something in mind to make this company profitable.
