They are incompetent - how can revenue for the year be $55k when it was almost $400k in the last quarter?  Barrett must have been high again when preparing these filings but Matt and Brian take responsibility here since they are the CEOs. 

The toxic note should cover "consulting fees" for a bit. 

I like how the "consulting fees" are 10 to 20 times their marketing expense. No wonder why their sales suck.

At least they added a $247K convertible note to the books during Q1. 

I was totally expecting millions like Red was projecting.   Maybe that comes with the 2025 Annual audit.  

10K is out and it sucks. Also, no surprise there is no mention of any audit. Who didn't see that coming?

Or they sold shares and put the money in their pockets.

RED's feeling cannot be ignored - like you said, it is the most important part of this investment,  I feel better already.

It's been over four years now so I expect that audit of the warehouse selling Dryworld Industries apparel should be finished up any day now.

It could be done, I don’t know. I’m just not setting expectations on its completion timing. That’s up to the CPA firm and the company to communicate. Imo

They sold shares to pay for it. They hired a firm to conduct it.  They said it would be finished soon, they only had to count inventory.   PLUS Red has a feeling. (Most important)  Why wouldn't the audit be done.  

The audit will get done when it gets done. I’m no longer putting expectations around anything as it only sets yourself up to be disappointed if it doesn’t happen when you think it should. IMO

It's not going to be audited. They lied again. They do that once a year. Been that way for the last 4 years.
