The NT-10Q means nothing. Just a typical pink sheet thing.

The last two Quarterlies had NT-10Q's filed prior.

Those meant nothing...again, a lot of pink sheets do this. Probably get a discount from their Edgarizer.

HMBL was involved in jack shit. Just bloviating from Sharp.

The OTCM follows the SEC guideline. It is in their rules. As such it must be filed on or before the 19th.
One can easily check the OTCM site and for filing information SECUREX is excellent!

There could be issues that a new auditor uncovered or may even not want to certify. We shall see.

Don’t think so. Back in July humbl changed their auditor, not sure if it has something to do with it.

Just a shout out to you for the DD and having the same train of thought I've had since buying in earlier in the year before the Arena Football League fiasco that occured. (Not HMBLs fault). Minutes after Gary Gensler released a statement suggesting he may be leaving the SEC, 18 U.S. states have filed a lawsuit against the SEC.

I still remember Sharp’s tweet regarding the end of DTC and CEDE and how HUMBL was involved. If this news becomes a reality, things might speed up exponentially.

Hard to say. HMBL owed money to BRU and a ton of shares. They may have taken the remaining shares and decided to keep them instead of dumping. If that is the case, we would still have another buyer. Keep in mind that we have had someone buying up shares for a while. They just stepped up last month and again this last week.

And HMBL keeps the tech. And HMBL owns 10% of Arivo.

Give him a couple days, I hear that tomorrow is payday. Then he will need to borrow the rest of the cash.

I totally missed the 13G. I've researched BRU unsuccessfully a few times. All I have found was that they are consultants with deep pockets. The 13g is signed by Oren Litwin - a lawyer who specializes in SEC regulations, "Support for fintechs, startups and growing businesses, and people trying to solve problems." He also wrote.. "Supporting capital raises on a cutting-edge exchange built on the blockchain." Remember exchange built on blockchain... it will have significance later. He is also an author who writes about political issues, asteroids and fiction. Here are his areas of interest legally:

Corporate and LLC formation
Filings for private placements, crowdfunding, and Regulation A
Regulatory compliance for fintechs, consumer finance, and other financial companies
Advertising and marketing compliance for regulated companies
Complex contract drafting and negotiation
Export compliance (non-restricted goods)
Business strategy


Seems like a good fit. BRU claims not to have bought to seize control of HMBL, but could use it's new influence to nominate a board member. I would expect to see HMBL completely out of debt very soon and an announcement that they have a partner who will finance the next phase of HMBL. Also expect a new board member from BRU that will eventually become the new CEO as Foote remains the chairman of the board and focuses on the products. All speculation.

This was a whitepaper from the HUMBL Financial division published in 2020 which was sold to Avrio. Really excited to see how the patent will eventually be applied.

With all you’ve said, and with my personal views of how the new White House policies coming in January will affect the markets, I believe many companies in the otc will have aggressive runs.
But I do know that when Humbl runs, it will drag dozens of others stocks upwards with it, as it did in 2019, 2020 and for a time in 2021. The future is bright for retail, IMO.
