Thank you for an intelligent post. The Hopium crowd will be very disappointed this year and be huge bag holders. Not one can post even one fact to point out that George is doing anything. I believe the truth will come out at the end of March when the filings are due. The claim is that they will be audited and George will file a Form 10. We shall see. (FWIW, since it is a shell how hard could it be to audit nothing? Giving George the benefit of the doubt, I can't see preparing current financials taking more than a day as only a few updates are needed.)

You need huge backing and a huge infrastructure to make it in the crypto space these days.

Unless this company is suddenly going to invent a coin that is traded on every major exchange (not likely) or suddenly invent a token that is accepted as a method of payment by major retailers like Amazon or eBay it won't get anywhere.

Other crypto projects like Pi have been designing their eco system for more than five years and have more than 40m users. 

Elon Musk took more than a year just to get an agreement with Visa and had to reapply for the licences several times before they were approved! 

Just calling yourself American Blockchain but having no assets no business model and absolutely no experience in the crypto space whatsoever is not going to bring in investors. Only the fool hardy!

Don't forget that a new Otc market starts up in July that Gvsi qualifies for even without getting Sec and Finra approved that will appeal to potential merging companies.

A lot of what you say, especially about early on is true. But I am VERY confident GS will make a go of this in 2025. He knows time is running out. And at .005? This is a semi low risk HIGH REWARD play on a potential crypto company.

GS makes just one positive tweet here, just one, and it will be a feeding frenzy to buy.

If you followed the filings and George Sharp's tweets in the early days you would have realised that there were a lot of things that he should have spotted and been aware of and keeping and eye on before he even bought this ticker. 

Those things would have raised several red flags. Frankly it would have been cheaper for Sharp to go to a company broker and buy a clean or cleaned up OTC shell company than this one. 

Here's the biggest red flag that I've ever seen that Sharp somehow missed - GVSI had three different names with FINRA the SEC and the DTC. How the previous management got away it, only God knows.
 
Then when Sharp filed the Form 10 to orginally become SEC reporting he had absolutely no idea and clearly had not been advised that there was not a cat in hells chance that a Form 10 could be filed and approved from start to finish in a week!

Nobody in his over paid Attorney's office clearly didn't need the billable hours to tell him that a Form 10 takes a minimum 60 days for the first review to take place and it is not likely to be approved on first inspection!
 
Next Sharp actually filled an SEC filing stating that because the the three different names it made it virtually impossible to become SEC reporting. 

Finally Sharp had bragged about having spent probably a million dollars! Two years ago I could've bought him a Nasdaq shell company for $$2m! 

So taking alk that into account and that Sharp would want to at least recoup his investment which is about five times what you can pay for a clean OTC shell right now how much equity do you think Sharp would want to retain in the company and do you think any buyer would be happy with any of this?

Of course not. But you had enough chances to sell with people personally sending me messages saying bad things to me!
