I find it interesting that the company even took the time to come up with a $40,000 offer to settle. An investigation by the SEC would explain why we have not heard anything from the company in nearly a year.

One won't have settled unless they feel they still have something to fight for.

I got a good laugh out of the guy posting on stockwits this week about his $1,000 bill and how he was trying to blackmail John to get him to pay.

He looked more like a "Karen" when I listened to him on his video.

While I'm guessing the company is going through a rough patch, I still believe they have a shot at coming thru it, if one understands the credit markets like I do.
