The public trading in the shares of the Company was halted on May 5, 2016 due to the inability of the Company to file
the year ended December 31 2015 financial statements and MD & A for 2015 by the required regulatory deadline. Funds
were not available at the required time to complete the filings. Funds became available in November 2016 and thus
enabling the Company to complete it statutory filing requirements by the end of November 2016. The public trading in
the shares continues to be halted because of the late filing of the year ended December 31, 2016 and MD & A for 2016,
additionally the interim financial statements for the first three quarters of 2017 are also in arrears, at the date of this MD
& A, as required by the required regulatory deadline. Once all of these filings are updated trading will resume.
