"cash flow positive" please for the sake of all bean counters around the world, at least take a couple minutes to google and understand that concept before you try to use as a factual accounting reference.
I am the only one left that keeps you in any discussion but again, need to put you on ignore here as well as your intellectual ignorance is annoying !

CONBOY has been FLOGGING this blend for 8+ years, his knockoff of Megola Inc/Newstar AF31.
PROBLEM is CA isn't responding to his "world best" claims.
SURE revenues have climbed but reality is their G&A expenses supersedes all their sales put together and then some.

GEVI can't sustain their business operations without selling stock and more stock and more stock = bankruptcy !
Conboy did the exact same thing at ECOB...end of story !


Conboy "consulting fee" alone is $35,000 month = $ 420,000 yr
RENT for new space is $15k month = $180,000 yr

WELL, seem to be you are only one mentioning this up list. In latest financials report and subsequent events the company only mentions needing to sell more stock to survive. Ongoing operations is a very big concern.
THEY LOST $ 6,000,000 in 2024
THEY LOST $10,100,000 IN 2023
THEY LOST $ 2,200,000 IN 2022

THEY have massive convertible debt.

NYSE requirements are lets say minimum 3 years away and then there are a ton more variables.
SO humans probably land on mars before that happens !

I feel only idiots wouldn't have sold at $1.90 and could have bought back in now or maybe ever lower when people start to see the truth in financials and fact company is a complete scam.

ALL the information company put out sure sems MISLEADING !

Seriously $68,000 Q gross revs and $108k gross the Q all during PEAK FIRE SEASON last 6 months...WTF ?...product has been around 8 years and that's it. THEY LOST $6,000,000 ...LOST !!!!

I'll be waiting for an up list cause I think in my opinion that can happen. I think you were smart to hold as it's hard to predict the market.

I am a afraid once the street actually SEES THE FINANCIALS what could happen. Or once ALL the PFD C holders convert to common shares and more than double the issued stock.

I mean how STUPID am I, holding ALL my shares as company told me they would uplist to NYSE and I believed them.
I could have gotten out at $1.90 or atleast my principal but I held ALL my shares.
SURE they only did $68,000 last Q in gross revs but their X posts , videos, interviews and their web site shows all these sales agents and in several continents, so what's not to believe.

Up list to NYSE seems so simple for GEVI, I think company is turning corner after 8 years

ALL they need?
1. Earnings Test: Companies must have a total pre-tax income of at least $10 million over the last three fiscal years, with a minimum of $2 million in each of the two most recent fiscal years.
2. Global Market Capitalization Test: Companies need a global market capitalization of at least $200 million.
3. Shareholders' Equity: A minimum of $60 million in shareholders' equity is required.
4. Market Value of Publicly Held Shares: Companies must have a market value of publicly held shares of at least $100 million.

I know, imagine watching a scam goto almost $2 and not selling a share. I'm an idiot. Now it's dropped down to a buck and 10K comes out showing company ONLY did 68K gross sales...I could have bought back in or even lower. Now my gains are barely anything. Such a moron.The ones that probably shorted this scam at $2 are cleaning up.Oh well, hope people don't actually care about financials and fact company lost 6mil and need to dilute even more to survive. I will make money next run
