Healthy volume yes, but a drop in the bucket to O/S. Could be someone or entity making it appear people throwing in the towel. I'm actually contemplating buying more. All the work on the filings is still impressed on my mind. I do believe though, that some people are probably dumping, however, I think the momo downward may be, again, orchestrated. At .0001 or even .0002, it's worth a shot. imo

Annual report for 31Jan2023 came out after 90 days (that was a big catch up year though), 31Jan2024 came out after 60 days, any guesses for 31Jan2025? 90 days is the required.

I’m not too worried about 60 vs 90 days, but filings do let us know we’re still kicking

Thanks man. I try my best to get info to help us. He said that the SEC guy they were working with resigned which they are working anew and some of these clearings have to do with that filing from September to allow them make acquirements. I know people here were talking about the last filing and cheaper shares but the way he was talking it was all about making purchases. Said they stuck until the SEC passes that through. Yeah he is keeping us current which is great.

Thanks Billy. I'm holding what I have left which is still quite a bit. I guess as long as he maintains filings each quarter we can give him the benefit of the doubt. Just can't believe he can't put out small statements on the website, etc.

Sorry, been MIA from the board. . Spoke with Mr Fytton today and he said to let the board know that there is nothing really new at this moment. Waiting for SEC to finalize that filing from September. Not to sell shares but to make acquirements. Until that process is finished can’t move forward. Still a waiting game. Best I have. So nothing really new. I’m going to continue to hold and stay on this journey. I believe in him and I think he is a good man. But I can understand everyone’s frustration.

The 1/31/2024 year end report came out 2/26/2024 last year followed by a series of amendments, will be interesting to see when/if it comes out for 1/31/2025.

Not sure how/if the Form Type 1-a/a affects (or does not affect) things. Seems like so little has happened it should be an almost cut and paste from last year.
