All kinds of speculation when you have Icahn and his investment fund involved with ENZN. I don't know how Ambroxol could come into play here, I know they have some kind of future payment arrangements with Belrose, but I still think this is energy or something else. When you have Icahn involved, this is no joke, just needs patience, that's all.

Just pay attention to the link below (Joyce) and aquaspin, one of them is going to be right. All I know this is severely undervalued at the current status it is in, deep discrepancy in market valuation. I am still digging into the bread crumbs that Joyce was alluding to, that drug (Ambroxol) is ancient, I know for a fact that ENZN has their hand in it over a decade ago, but I don't know where it is leading to, it looks like a miracle science for Parkinson's Disease. Trying to find more information to see where the bread crumbs lead to. QX tier just a tad below Nasdaq, penny stock exempt because of shareholder equity and assets, 45 million dollars cash on hand, deep, deep NOL's of over 100 million dollars, merger news will send this.

He sold it for 300 million didn't he? Nothing came after that, if you are shareholder from when it was trading on Nasdaq, you should forward that question to the current management and ask them like you are asking me. Who knows, maybe he did his research and saw the ENZN with the previous management and their science wasn't going anywhere, these activists investors do their own research, not sure if it was a mistake or not, but they sold the assets for 300 million dollars, where is that money and where is the science. Biotech are hard one for sure, I personally love biotechs with promising science and I don't know enough about ENZN to know what his motive was to kill this former biotech, but based on the filings looks like they stopped the trials.

I think it will be energy related, that's my personal opinion, all I know is this shell has 45 million dollars in the coffers, it should at least be 45 million dollars, will it get there in due time, all depends on the insiders, if they feel their shell is undervalued based on the cash alone, they will buy, this ticker needs to be above 10 cents for 30 days straight to not lose their tier status, so that means, no reverse split in sight. Also the puzzling thing for me is why change the dates on the annuals, if there was nothing in the works, probably the merger candidate requested for the changes because it coincides with theirs, the interesting part is NOL's, but I am not sure if a different sector privately held company can use the NOL's, my understanding is, in order to use the NOL's the private entity has to be in the same sector as ENZN was (Biotech). The current CEO is definitely not in the sector, but my guess is energy, it is more aligned with Icahn enterprises, but again who know what the plan is. The puzzling part for me is, he is 91 years of age, what is the motivation where does he take it from here.

Well, I have known ENZN when it was trading on Nasdaq a while, while back. Just a few months ago I was scouting through the OTC markets and saw an 8K, read it and then read their 10Q and 10Q, I said, Wow!!! at the time it was very low volume hovering around 7-9 cents. To me that was a big surprise, I usually look for low market cap stocks with deep, deep value, this definitely also stood out for me, Icahn owns close to 35 million shares, maybe more but undisclosed/non beneficial, I also saw that the directors at helm have experience in energy, also saw that they need to keep the stock above 10 cents to keep QX tier, also saw that they are currently in negotiations with an acquisition. About a month ago, I did a Google search about shells with money in the coffers, what I found was that this kind of merger is one of the best for shell plays, 45 million dollars in the bank in the OTC as a shell is a rarity to be honest, I have only seen SPAC companies in the range of 200-250 dollars in a trust account, but to see this in the OTC truly a rarity. I have been in some of Icahn plays myself, the first one I got in was RAI*L back in 2005, but he is 91 years old now, so who know what his plan is, all I know his investment fund has a good size position here. I also noticed based on the last filings that they plan on changing their annual report date, that tells me maybe something is coming as far as merger. I have yet to research on the directors at the helm. How do you know this ticker?
