There been so many days going down as they (don't know who they are) decided around 2-1/2 months ago to gradually bring the price down at a snail's pace. Watching the paint dry but with a touch of downside.
The biggest positive news in ELTP entire lifespan was generic Vyvanse being approved and launched and we're no longer a one trick pony. And Takeda is losing huge amounts of money to the generic version of Vyvanse. We are definitely not late to the party Adding the new facility was perfect timing.

$ELTP Thinking this will be the last week of "in the 40's" for us. Slowest volume week for months tells me that longs are soaking shares (cause that’s what I’ve been doing the past two weeks) and those that want out with a profit have done so. Anticipation of another tremendous quarterly report in February will bring in more volume, imo. I know we’ve all heard it before, but I believe that this will be the last week of cheap shares. Hope you topped off the tanks and are ready to run!

When a company is profitable & growing, I would never assume a buyout is their only option ......

To uplist and hopefully bring in institutional investors is a win win for all shareholders, with possibly the exception of ONE !!!!!!!!

Nasrat always wanted to List to Nasdaq but I do not know if you heard, the stock was kept down under 5 cents for years - artificially - so it made it very hard for him to do so.

It is true that he said when we get to 15-25 cents levels we will go to Nasdaq - but when you align 6 new drugs in 8 months, and you move to needle movers, the best strategy is to focus on growth and Profit.

It is not yet the time to buy back stock - each $ will bring more friends if invested wisely in R&D,

We will see an listing to NASDAQ in due time - organically.

You can use uplisting path as leverage to a buyer and make it seem like a buyout is not the only option. I could see some buyers cornering CEO in negotiations. As more time passes, we get more leverage, rev grows, profits grow and we expand internationally and clean up our outstanding shares. It could be a great long term play, but just don't think that's what Nasrat has in mind.

Elite has never had an IR dept that actually acts in that capacity. For some reason, CEO wants to keep Elite as quiet as possible. I'm not sure he wants us to actually uplist. I'd prefer this, but don't think he wants additional scrutiny and accountability. Once active investors get involved they are relentless. I think Nasrat wants to avoid this.  He likely doesn't care where the share price is today because we have no need for additional liquidity. I think he is prioritizing a sale of the company so he can immediately liquidate and this will happen all in due time.

what is really frustrating is that you blame everyone for leaving the boat and coming back on it after seeing it did not drown and now the ticket price went up...

Snup for better or worse Nasrat will not self promote the stock.  He let's the results speak for itself.  Maybe not as good for the stock price in the short run but in the long run the price will take care of itself and all of us that have shares will be very happy.

The brand name company loses a large percent of market share as soon as a generic comes to market. A second generic coming to market doesn’t affect the brand name company much. My GUESS is Purdue will try to negotiate a payment from Elite to settle the suit. If Elite does not agree, Purdue continues the litigation for a few more months, then probably loses. Elite has to decide if getting their generic to market quicker is worth the price. This is just speculation on my part.
