Any effort would or could be considered a major improvement over the last 10

Management has no control over the share price. All they can do is improve the company and wait for the market to react. I don't think there's any debate at all as to whether or not new management has been improving the company. Just look at what's taking place, new distribution agreements and partnerships every month and their last quarter showed 60% margins. If the vape sales continue to grow strong like they have been, the market is definitely going to react. There's only been one Q actually filed since new management took over and changed direction. We will see the next one filed next month. Takes a little more patience than judging management based on their first quarter in charge. Although, it was a hell of a quarter. Massive margins, major reduction in expenses. I expect big things this year. 

Point well taken. The stock is in the shitter and management nor the new school of pumpers they hired can't do jack to make this move. However, someone is manipulating this stinky pinky.
