The Quarterly report on Form 10-Q of Cannabis Suisse Corp. (the “Company”) for the period ended August 31, 2021, could not be filed in a timely manner due to the unforeseen circumstances. The Registrant expects to file the Quarterly Report within the extension period of five calendar days provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
