10-Q looks VERY interesting gents. Net profit Q3.

Margin expansion of 11% compared to Q3Y23, cost of revenue is flat on increased volume, which also implies operating efficienies are improving which will drop down to the gross line over the coming quarters.

Growth in HEED3, which is also favorable from a mix perspective. We shall see..

It looks like they are back to their old games NO NEWS and LATE FILINGS! I thought they hired a new accounting firm in October to avoid this problem. We are trading in the toilets with all the other garbage.

The company needs to promote its business and stock. Shareholders are very dissatisfied!!!

Hi, I have a suggestion... Have you tried pamphlets for your dive tour. I am from Michigan and these still work wonders for some of our northern businesses. The pamphlets may start a bit slow but word of mouth travels fast. Also, a slot at rest area or visitor center may not be too expensive. Just a thought I had Mr. BWMG. Thanks.

Yes... I'm still here. The small profit for Q2 is like a breath of fresh air !
It's not much but certainly a step in the right direction. I need to go thru the 10-Q again but it also looks like the improved sales/earnings result was made without issuing additional shares. This is what I referred to a while back when I said this now a "show me" stock. In other words show me the numbers. 3 of the subsidiaries were down with the largest decline in sales posted by Guided Tours and Retail down 26.5%. I have owned and managed retail before and when sales are down the fixed operating expenses continue and can easily result in losses. The point is that when 3 of 5 subsidiaries are down in sales and the business can still show a profit management seems to be paying very close attention to the business.

When I bot my shares a while back I considered it as a lottery ticket, so I will continue to hold and see how this plays out. If the financial condition continues to improve we can expect a higher stock price. Buying stock at the current price is a big gamble but the % gain could change your zip code.

OTC markets screwed us with an expert market tag, the day they were just one day late with the SEC 10-Q.

Nothing like screwing shareholders and small companies in a sharks den public market, when it was the SEC's fault they took so long to catch and kill one of the top auditing firms for fraud (kinda like how the SEC let Ernst and Young off the hook for missing the Enron scam even I saw coming years in advance..)

Borgers earlier this year, who was the auditor for about 500 NYSE and Nasdaq firms, and only 27 of the top OTC stocks (er OTC records) was the BWMG auditor, and they got sacked, executed by the SEC earlier this year, which meant that BWMG had to scramble to find a new accounting / auditing firm.

Today's paint job way under was an MM, shark tank manipulation event, while non of us could place bids today, even thought the 10-Q was filed today, in a deliberate attempt to steal retail shares. Crime pays for the Bog Wallstreet boys, it seems

Oh, and by the way, OTC Markets has a back door leak the SEC should investigate and close, to the OTC Markets own Market Maker, broker-dealer-quote system, that has a serious, unethical incestual relationship with OTC Markets group that owns the OTC-Link broker dealer quote system that controls what stocks trade, and have current status.

Folks will need to call brokers Tuesday morning, or as soon as OTC Markets changes BWMG back to Current, tradeable status, to pound the tables to force the brokers over the phone to update their systems and force your bid orders back into the systems.

What happened here? Did someone take this down after the 10Q? We should be going up, not down. We also should be trading again after the filing.

All these questions of what’s actually going on but not a peep from team Carmichael. I was always taught to not say anything if I didn’t have anything good to say…well I guess I’m going silent then

I understand and fully agree. My fear is that they will file bankruptcy and some big company will come in and buy up the patents and the brand and then go to Chinese to save a buck. It does suck because the nomad and almost all of their products are so dam good.

Same thing happened last quarter because they can’t get a damn report out on time. When they file they will start trading again. If it weren’t for the poor capital structure, which I warned Robert about, we would have been bought out. But, way too many shares outstanding. Back when geodan was still invested here we had 50 mil in shares out. Then the company sold a crapload of shares way too cheap and screwed us all. Again, best product that has come out in years but don’t know a thing about capital structure.

So as far as I can tell, trading has been halted. This is not a good sign.

Good news they have filed their 10Q today they should be trading again on the OTC. Their better quarters are coming up, and the second and third quarters are generally better. They do need cash, hopefully they can get the cash they need to keep the business going. Maybe we can get some better news in the coming weeks. GLTA!!!

You would hope so. Not sure what the issue is. TCOR stopped reporting numbers so they were put on list. They are doing great as I suspect bwmg is. Have we stopped reporting?

Same here . Couldn’t place a buy order with Schwab today. Bought some earlier this week but can’t today. Maybe this will force BWMG to do what they need to do in order to get this straight.
