Started in 1996, trading professionally for the past 20+ years. I'll put on 5 to 10 larger plays in the OTC per year. This is one of them. We'll see how it goes, but I've got a shit ton of shares at a very low pps avg. With that said the $$ flow into the OTC is quite different than it was in 2020 through 2022. Much harder to put on a very large positions with the lack of liquidity. This one will pay nicely "IF" they can do what they say they're about to do. If not I'll exit slowly and move on. GL

We ALLLL knew the audit would NOT be ready when he said mid-month. And then again when we were told "before" the annual results that were to be released on 2/28. You act like you can't pull gold out of mines as a company and report the results as income, then use said income to progress the company forward. You're going to see that it is possible to produce results out of existing ore deposits and make profit, happens all the time.

A con-man? The signs are all there....not just the six year long audit promise but everything else. No technical reports. No info about geology, grade, tonnage, cost per ounce. No maps. No drill data. Financials are hard to believe.

Come on! The audit review for 2021 & 2022 will be released no later than February 28, 2025.

Today is March 3, 2025... so....Relax.

Curious, no Brookmount plan to include audited year 2023. So, as soon as the audit is released (if at all) then Brookmount will be a year late, and 1.5 months shy of 2 years late on having current audited financials, rendering the company in similar publicly unknown financial uncertainty.

Makes little sense to release an audit to verify financials, only to have the company already late with undeclared more current yet past due financials.

If Nils is a bullshitter, then it makes sense.
