This is the highest day volume since June 2022. 

The outstanding share count for AVVH has not changed in 2 years. 966 million. They have kept up to date on all of their filings. That cost $$$. Would a scam do that?

Are you saying there is the possibility that the outstanding share count is higher than the 966M reported by the T.A.? If so, please explain how that is possible. How can freely tradeable shares be outside of the domain of the T.A.? How can they be traded? I will validate your response with the T.A.

One of the biggest signs of a scam is constant pumping and dilution, there’s been promises that haven’t been kept(so far) but they weren’t “pumping” press releases or there would have been a lot more at the time if they were lying about any of this stuff the pumping would have been constant and they would have diluted this to shit and let it go dark.

Like Miguel and Cooley sure are pumping this stock by giving updates VIA FACEBOOOK when most investors use Twitter, look at all that pumping.

AVVH Everything is still very on track as far as I understand. In fact with the Trump win I am already reading that M & A's are expected to pick up massively in the near future. I thought we would hear something in Oct but perhaps they were waiting to see what happened with the election.

OTC scams use Twitter pumping and none of the big talk has come to fruition.

The only way to trade penny stocks that use message boards, social media (Twitter - Facebook), forward looking press releases, pumping 8-Ks and paid promotions is to just consider them all to be scams and just trade them do not invest in them. You'll lose 99% of the time if you believe the hype.

I have a holding in another stock that ultimately turned out to be a Chinese scam and had been dormant for a few years until a new group took custody of it and sold it to an operating private company.  They went through the court custodian process. Even did an additional receivership process to ensure all would be legit.

Definitely is. So I was a former Big 6 auditor back in the day. We don't work for free - audits are damn expensive for clients. For Gold Quest to talk about an ongoing audit is odd because it indicates audit work has been done, is currently underway, and more is needed before a report is issued.

My question was somewhat rhetorical but also genuine. How long would an audit take on a client with those financial statements? Probably about 1 day if documentation was in order.

He’s going to copy and paste the same paragraphs he’s had for the last three years in response to this and then other guy who apparently got out of this in 2021 will join in and start bashing for some reason.

Delays and change of business course does not mean it is a scam. 
To be fair, you have made unsubstantiated claims that dilution is happening.  There is no proof of that.  Broken timeline promises does not mean it is a scam either. What Cooley has done with other stocks in the past does not carry weight over here either. Those were different times and different circumstances. 

Can you provide substantiated proof that this is a scam?  Broken promises or timelines do not count. Provide something that proves AVVH is actively doing something negative that is hurting shareholders. 
Impatient shareholders selling their holdings does not count. 
Secret unaccounted dilution shares does not count. That is a theory that is not backed by any factual evidence. 

It certainly is strange to have this long delay on simple statements. 
I hope the delay has nothing to do with the former company that operated under this symbol.

Why wasn't the Auditor named? There still isn't any revenue. I guess 3 years isn't enough time for AVVH to generate any revenue.
