Naught for nothing, what was that kumbaya moment earlier with TJ and PB all about ?
PB mentioned after 25 yrs he hasn't had much success. Probably a student of TJ looking to bullsh-it people to try to make money off of them.
The irony is that I was accused of having a character flaw, go figure.
I understand I was never held in high regard in this group over the past couple years, but at least I was honest but nobody in a messsg board cares.
Maybe we can salvage something out of this.
All of these posts are my opinion only.
I call it like I see it. Maybe I'm wrong with all of this. Hope there's something to salvage, if not, oh well it was a risky.
Happy trading tomorrow. Cheers, having a Guinness and Jameson, Slainte !

For want of a better word I'll call it an anomaly.
In latest filing, the first nine entries are for a LOAN EXTENSION of 63,000,000 restricted shares except for James Vandenberg who makes AFFU a LOAN (presumably his first) in exchange for 15,000,000 restricted shares. Further down Michael Balkin makes a BRIDGE LOAN for 8,000,000 restricted shares . The last three entries in the table of issued shares should look familiar they are for Doug Stukel, Bosak-Porter Realty and George Mellon. These repeat parties represent 14,000,500 restricted shares. They are issued for DEBT RESTRUCTURING.
In summation these cumulative notes of debt all add up to 100,000,500 restricted shares AFFU owes.
This debt anomaly cunningly coincides with MTi's elephant in the room DIGIBRIKS being reopened.
This group hasn't been right what will come next twice in a row now so I won't say this comes next. But I will say the following could explain why AFFU's recent evolvements has been so difficult to predict.
It is with reasonable probability however that soon I speculate DIGIBRIKS will have (at least) one company within it's grasp. Fish ON🪝
✋ You may not agree that's fine. But the next speculation may sound more ridiculous still, may not. That's fine too but tonight at this juncture I also speculate AFFU could be restructuring itself as it's very own Holding Company orchestrating (get it?) work between AFFU & MTi in collaboration with companies hand chosen to work alongside AFFU & MTi inside DIGIBRIKS.
Wait for it ✋ Aww to Hell with my critically acclaimed reputation. Let's go for for the triple play. How does Patrick Shutt as CEO grab you. Well wait there's more. How does Grant Kirkwood as a director sound. No? Ok President, Vice President whatever Patrick wants to call Grant.
Oh yes why the 100,500,000 restricted shares. Why not an even 100,000,000 shares? Great question, damned if I know man. I'm merely speculating while we wait for AFFU to get it's act together before I pull my hair out, remember? I've been waiting this long! 🤷

Read this and remember the merger was announced completed in May but was never completed due to the Control Issue with the OTC and then the wait for the unwind to be finished which was August. Now read this and if you still dont think its what happened your just not wanting the truth
Search Labs | AI OverviewYes, it is very likely that a company involved in a merger would be under an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) that would hold back on sharing detailed billing information until the merger is finalized, as this information is considered sensitive and confidential during the negotiation process. Key points about this practice: Protecting sensitive data:During a merger, companies share crucial financial information like billing details, which could be used to their disadvantage if disclosed prematurely. NDA terms:The NDA will clearly outline which information is considered confidential and specify the duration of the confidentiality obligation, usually until the merger is completed or a certain timeframe after. Legal implications:Violating an NDA can lead to legal consequences for the company that breaches the agreement

No, Accounts Receivable (AR) should not be counted as income. Accounts Receivable is recognized when payment is expected but not yet received. 3 Months Ending 9/30/24 Accounts Receivable $676,232 Here is why. Accounts Receivable represents money owed to the company by its customers for goods or services already delivered, but not yet paid for. It is considered an asset on the balance sheet, not income.
Income (or revenue) is recognized when goods or services are provided, typically under accrual accounting. This is when revenue is recorded, not when the payment is received.
$676,232 Receivable represents money owed to the company that soon will be recorded as revenue. Therefore, I don't see anything to worry about or be concerned about here.
OS, I see your point of view. Some people struggle to understand financial statements and fail to grasp the concept of Accounts Receivable. They see a low revenue number and panic unnecessarily, without fully understanding the situation.

OneMind AL Technologies provides software for smart cities. These technologies are built to remain relevant over time and are not designed for quick, overnight profits. If they secure a contract, it could take months or even years to integrate their system into the city's existing infrastructure. The revenue model is based on a one-time build-out, followed by ongoing use of the software, with regular upgrades and maintenance. Anyone with a clear understanding of the business should recognize this. Debating the revenue at this stage is unnecessary, only wasting time and creating unnecessary fear among newcomers who are still learning about the company's operations.

Yes, sir, I’m truly grateful to know you, and I deeply respect your service to our country. I’ll always tip my hat to you. I was born and raised in Vietnam, and for years, I tried my hand at investing and trading stocks, but without much success. A big part of that was my lack of knowledge, and English being such a difficult language to master. It’s embarrassing to admit that after 25 years, I still haven’t found success.
I’ve had a few wins, but at the end of the day, I’m not making any real money. Let me tell you, those so-called “heavy hitters” are often the ones who end up broke. Yes, I was one of them. I was in on almost every run-up stock, my friend thinking I was filthy rich, but the truth is, I was broke. At one point, yup, after 25 years, I realized my mistake: Can you believe that? It took 25 years to realize I spent 100% of my time chasing the hype, the "mojo," and little of my time on due diligence. The reality is that just one good stock can change your life, so why not focus all your time on proper research?
How many of us have found a great stock only to miss out on the big gains because we got shaken out? That’s because we didn’t have a clear plan or direction. Without due diligence, we won’t make it. Only through thorough research will you stay in the game and find true success.
The truth is that success follows when you have a clear plan and a defined direction.
I believe the true joy comes from sharing knowledge with others...it’s more rewarding than anything else.
Thanks for everything you have done for us here.

Thank you appreciate the update. Here is more info about Digibriks.
Digibriks is a new form company therefore, we won't see anything out there yet. However, it is clear to say Mingothings International is the registered (IONOS SE) owner of Digibriks.com. Mingothings.com.
https://www.whois.com/whois/mingothings.com
https://www.whois.com/whois/digibriks.com
The website for MTi, stands for Mingothings International. Look like Mingothings International (MTi) is integrated into OneMind Technologies and the new name becomes Digibriks, it’s poised to become a major market leader. This would be a great outcome for us shareholders. Mingothings.com offers a wealth of technology and services, which only adds to the HUGE potential.
Ignasi Vilajosana is CEO of Worldsensing and co-founder of Sensefields now is the CEO of OneMind. All the connections are there to see. If Worldsensing, Digibriks, and Affluence become one family then we hit the JACKPOT here.

Thanks, I wasn't here at the time, so I can't speak to that. But my point isn’t about Stephane Eyme, the CEO. He needs to go, along with Jim.
OneMind AI's technologies are proven and have been successfully used by Dell, so there’s no question about their value. However, since AFFU took control of OneMind, the business seems to be stuck. Part of the problem is a lack of working capital, and the attempt to form a partnership or merger has fallen through.
We already anticipate low revenue, so that's not a key issue to discuss. The Monkey bringing up negative revenue is just trying to plant doubts and distract everyone. It feels like these distractions are steering us off course. To be clear: I’m here for the merger—if it doesn't happen, I'm out.

PB, I appreciate that you recognize the import and that the filing finally made that change official. However, the board, and especially TJ and OS, discussed this when they found Stephane working with the yachts and researched that he was gone, in the summer sometime, ?July. Then, a month or so later, the discussion centered on Ignasi and his qualifications and connections. I don't have search capabilities here, but you can search for those posts.
Can anyone here explain why Stephane Eyme the CEO of OneMind resigned? This is a big development, folks, and yet no one seems to be talking about it.
