Yep, could be that so-called "contract" for real estate that they are also using as an asset.
But other companies have also done similar to make their financials look better than they would otherwise appear.

It might explain why AAPJ has not posted any stock promotion on the twitter X feed since August and has not been able to post their unaudited financial disclosure (no updates since May 2024).

Well, I guess this explains the mortgage asset in the financials.

So they may amend the complaint if Frank was part of the frontloading schemes here at AAPJ. Could also be indicted be unindicted/charged co-conspirators that have been posting here about those "charts"?

Because frontloaders have all already dumped their shares. Frontloaders would prefer to not have anyone see real DD, because it makes it harder to attract gullible investors they need to unload their shares on.

They have 3.4 billion authorized, per their filing in Wyoming.
They also added preferred shares and changed the par value from $0.001 to 0.0001 for both common and preferred.

Now they don't have enough shares authorized for the conversion of the convertible shares. At current prices, they will need another 3 billion share authorization.

More likely they will reverse split and keep the share auth the same, so they can continue their massive dilution.

So they diluted 3 billion but still only have 3 billion o/s?  Lol I guess your strategy is to just post as much negative nonsense as possible; regardless of fact and hope your posts are the first thing anyone new to the board sees huh.

Share structure looks great IMO; would take more than a small increase in preferred shares to make any difference for investors.

You have zero sense here. Frank usually never dilutes a shell when he takes over. Take a look at his 31 other shells such ICNM, JPEX, DRNG, PRDL with history of no dilution for four years. With the right catalysts, this may come back. Imo. GL

Lies by companies on the X stock promotion pages they have may cause investors to lose a lot of money, though.

Yea we get it bud; penny stocks are all inherently risky.  Many have delinquent filings and many get delisted then come back and run.  Get off the board if you don't have anything positive to say.
