announce that it has received conditional approval from the TSX
Venture Exchange for the Option Agreement signed with Trailbreaker
Resources Ltd. ("Trailbreaker") that was previously
announced on June 12, 2023. The
Company has issued 150,000 shares in accordance with the terms of
the agreement and the shares are subject to the statutory
four-month plus one-day hold period.
