That and Q2 financials will be coming out then also. Progress with EF Hutton for uplisting could come anytime. Ima stick with my gut on that one and say I believe it will be a trading halt and IPO and not direct uplist. I don’t think they even have any intention on QB. Be straight to the big boards

Alternatively use the $1M to reduce the O/S by 66% more than the $600K note would increase it.

$PSRU may well have $1M in profits from other parts of the overall business - particularly the streaming in Africa.
