THEMAC Resources Group Limited (TSX VENTURE: MAC) ("THEMAC" or "the Company") wishes to announce that, further to its press release of this date announcing the appointment of Mr. Ken Pickering as Director of the Company, it has granted incentive stock options to Mr. Pickering to purchase up to 200,000 common shares of the Company pursuant to the Company's Share Option Plan. The Options are exercisable on or before March 27, 2016 at an exercise price of $0.65 per share. The grant is subject to regulatory approval.
