VANCOUVER, Nov. 7, 2017 /CNW/ - Fireswirl Technologies Inc.
(TSXV: FSW) ("Fireswirl" or the "Company") announced
today the resignation of two directors. Effective November 7, 2017, Lawrence Ng and James
Borkowski have resigned as directors of the Company.
Mr. Ng joined the board of directors of the Company (the
"Board") in September of 2015 and Mr. Borkowski joined the
Board in January of 2008.
Ji Yoon, the Chairman of the
Board commented: "On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank Lawrence
and James for their contributions to Fireswirl. Each brought
different aspects to our Board that have made them valuable
contributors over the years."
