Cedar Mountain Increases Private Placement of Units

Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc. (the "Corporation" or "Cedar") (TSX VENTURE:CED)
is pleased to announce that it has increased the size of the unit offering,
which was previously announced on August 17, 2009, from $500,000 to $700,000.
