Lets hope so. Shorting should be illegal below a given price. That should be law. A company should not be ruined due to shorting.

Just my opinion, but looking at the chart and seeing PC’s post about short interest. Monday should be a bit of a struggle.

Between Dean Kehler, Michael Maselli and Mark Smith, they own or control around 20-30% of the shares. There’s just under 5% of institutional investors. If all the combined retail shareholders actually voted, it would certainly send a message to Mark Smith and the BOD. There needs to be accountability from Mark Smith and the BOD for their abject failures, especially the GXII merger.

I don't know anything about how to target other than its mostly bullshit when the world here is governed by chaos. There is nothing to guess at or estimate other that when tangible news hits. That is the only thing that will ever matter until/if this ever gets off the ground.

I'm sure there are mechanics of the ticker that can forecast a dollar or so up or down but that is not important and still most everyone is red with the best chart out there. News and only news with tangible results gets us out of this hole.

Everyone's red depth is different, but there was a lot of positivity and anticipation of funding in the 50-60 cent days (2016-2018) and I would guess a lot of retail is red till around $5-6 now. That is flat impossible without heroic nuclear bomb news. Chart all ya want.

Agreed, but Mark Smith is the one who needs to answer for the incompetence that Niocorp management has exhibited. He is the captain of the ship, albeit, a very poor captain at that.

Mark initially appeared to be a very well seasoned businessman, but that facade is over. Mark needs to repair the damage he’s caused to his reputation with the disastrous SPAC deal without having any protections in place for shareholders.

Anyone who believes these Tier 4 penny stock analysts projections!! They are useless, with these $4 PPS projections!! Are you F'g kiddding me/us !! $4 is half of what the PPS was before the GX (Kehler) SPAC-le merger.... we need to get back to $8 Just to break even before that debacle!!

Yes. The annual meeting materials, proxy and voting, etc. came out last week. We hold our NB shares through Chas. Schwab, and everything came out electronically, with the connection to proxyvote.com..

Of course, that was as of end of January, and no way to tell if any of the interim share price increase following the close at $2.37 on January 31 was due to short covering. Days to cover is less than prior month due to the much higher recent avg, daily volume.

OT: Got rid of “Afraid of Missing Out “ was the best thing I did in my life on stock investments. I was able to fully taking advantages of a stock pps moved from $1 to $20 and back down to $1.5 today.

That news was pretty paltry, starting step two 16 months after the completion of step one? Likely need to find funds for a feasibility study to complete that step and then two steps left after that?

I only have a small fraction of what I used to, waiting to hear what Mark has to say or not say next month before I decide what to do. I don't see myself hanging out long-term though.

This is headed back to the toilet (or deeper in the toilet) regardless of what is still in play. The bump at least gave us a higher place to fall from while we dilute more.

Niocorp paid off the loan from last April, yes.

According to the most recent 10q, they tapped the original Yorkville agreement from 2023 every couple of weeks for a total of 1.2 million shares. They still have over 50 million available on that agreement. No reason to think they won't continue to use it.

Over 2.5 million shares were issued 2 weeks ago at $1.94 plus one and a half warrants. I imagine those buyers have been doing some profit taking. 25% profit plus free warrants, who wouldn't?

Plus, they are likely continuing to tap the original Yorkville agreement like they did last quarter. A steady drip of shares pounding the bid. Without news this is going back down.

NB will open at $2.52 today at 9:30 AM EST…I am hoping that NioCorp stock will hold the line at $2.50 creating a bullish flag pattern consolidation for the next upward push (will take some news).
