Tecnoglass, Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) ("Tecnoglass" or the "Company"), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 per share on an annualized basis, for the second quarter of 2024. The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2024.
