"In this new piece, entitled 'Timeline: Especially Today,' we pay tribute to several significant milestones in black history," said Sandy Douglas, president, Coca-Cola North America. "We're also celebrating the many important contributions that African Americans make to society today and every day." "Timeline: Especially Today" is just one element in a comprehensive 2007 African American marketing program. "We saw it only fitting to include this tribute in our broader black history programming. In addition to "Timeline: Especially Today," Coca-Cola is airing unique animated commercials in extended lengths during the Super Bowl broadcast on CBS. "Video Game" and "Happiness Factory" will both air in 60-second versions. "Happiness Factory," which was originally slated as a 30-second spot, has been extended to a 60-second version. Immediately after the game concludes, "Timeline: Especially Today," "Video Game," and "Happiness Factory" will be available for viewing on cbssportsline.com.
