Jacuzzi Brands, Inc. Krainski to the newly created position of Vice President, Finance. Mr. Krainski, 54, will report to Jeff Park, Jacuzzi Brands' Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Over the past 22 years, Mr. Krainski has served in positions of increasing responsibility at Zurn, Jacuzzi Brands' Commercial Plumbing Products business. From 2000-2006, he was Treasurer of Zurn, with responsibility for various financial departments, as well as all significant customer and vendor contracts. Prior to this, Mr. Krainski has held several financial positions including Assistant Treasurer and Group Controller. He began his career at Ernst & Young, attaining the position of Manager. Mr. Krainski holds a BS in accounting from Gannon University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
