On July 8, 2024, Ellington Financial Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a monthly dividend of $0.13 per share of common stock, payable on August 26, 2024 to stockholders of record as of July 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and the information related to the dividend is incorporated herein by reference.

OLD GREENWICH, Conn., July 8, 2024—Ellington Financial Inc. (NYSE: EFC) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a monthly dividend of $0.13 per share of common stock, payable on August 26, 2024 to stockholders of record as of July 31, 2024.
